Job Summary and Qualifications

Dietary Aide

The Dietary Aide will be a competent Support Services employee who is responsible for the cleanliness, organization, and distribution of food and supplies in the Food & Nutrition Department. This role will provide excellent customer service to all patients and employees.

What you will do in this role:

* You will assist with food preparations and ensure that the meals adhere to an individuals specific diet plans


* You will strictly follow sanitation standards and hygiene procedures to guarantee the safety and quality of the service


* You will perform routine tasks related to clean up and sanitation of kitchen, dining or serving areas


* You will prepare, serve and store food in accordance with facility policies


* You will utilize service methods and food handling techniques to ensure quality



? What qualifications you will need:

* High School Degree / Equivalent preferred


* 1 year of food handling experience preferred


* Food Handlers or ServSafe Certificate within90 days of hire
