As a Dental Hygienist at Diamond Valley Dental Care, you will be responsible for providing top-notch patient care, conducting routine cleanings, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques.Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing excellent patient care and creating a positive experience for each patient
• Conducting routine cleanings and screenings to identify potential oral health issues
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Collaborating with the dental team to ensure seamless care and communication
• Staying up-to-date with the latest dental procedures and technologies to provide the best possible careRequirements: To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • A current dental hygienist license in Indiana
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening and medical history documentation
  • CPR certificationPreferred Qualifications: We welcome both new graduates and seasoned hygienists. If you have experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems, that's a plus. We're also looking for individuals who are eager to continue learning and growing their clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.Benefits: As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plans, six paid holidays, and PTO.
