This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary package and a comprehensive benefits program.About the RoleAs a Dental Hygiene Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dental hygiene care to our patients. You will work closely with our team of dentists and hygienists to provide personalized care and ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient assessments to identify dental hygiene needs
• Develop and implement personalized dental hygiene plans to meet patient needs
• Prioritize patient care to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
• Collaborate with dentists and hygienists to ensure seamless patient care
• Stay up-to-date with the latest dental hygiene techniques and best practicesRequirements
  • Current dental hygienist license in Kentucky
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening
  • CPR CertificationPreferred Qualifications
    • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
    • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet patient needsPhysical Requirements
      • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
      • Prolonged periods sitting and standing
