Ability to handle high-stress situations effectively - Excellent
communication and teamwork abilities Job Description: - Provide
high-quality patient care in the Stepdown Intermediate Care Unit -
Monitor and assess patients, recognizing changes in status and
responding appropriately - Collaborate with healthcare team members
to develop and implement patient care plans - Administer
medications and treatments according to hospital policies -
Document patient status and care activities accurately - Prepare
patients and their families for discharge, offering education and
support
