Job Summary
UofL Health- Frazier Rehabilitation Hospital - Brownsboro is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team. As a vital member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a crucial role in the recovery journey of our patients.About the RoleThis position involves assessing patients, providing care in accordance with physician's orders, and modifying treatment to achieve goals. You will also communicate with patients, family, caregivers, and healthcare team members to promote maximum benefits of care.Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide speech and language therapy services to patients with various conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve rehabilitation goals
• Participate in performance improvement and program development activities
• Contribute to budgetary planning and cost-effectiveness of servicesRequirements
  • Bachelor's and master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in state
