  • Must be AHA BLS and ACLS certified

  • Pharmacology 1,2 exam required
  • NIH Certification
  • Ascension EKG Exam with a score of 90% or higher, only 2 attempts allowed
  • Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation has to be uploaded by the Agency
