• Certification Details
• BLS Certification required
• Nursys for licensure verification
• License/Certificate Verification should be current within 30 days before starting
• Proof of MMR vaccination or positive IGG titer, with negative titer requiring a booster vaccine
• Annual Fit Test required
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation or declination
• Influenza Vaccine required for the season starting Sept 4th, 2023
• Health Statement or completed physical exam updated annually
• 2 Step PPD or IGRA testing with documentation
• Varicella immunity proof needed or vaccination
• Tdap vaccine valid for 10 years
• Ascension EKG Exam with a 90% score minimum
  • Job Requirements
  • Must be AHA BLS certified
  • Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs but you will still upload here
  • Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals
  • Nursys quick confirm verifications should be completed for all APRN, RNs, and LPN/LVNs
  • Pharmacology 1,2 exam required
  • Ascension Medical Surgical Exam completion required
  • Completed Ascension Core Competencies training
  • Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation needed
  • Completion of Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding mandatory
  • Resume or Profile must be provided
  • At least two professional references required
  • Annual specialty skills checklist completion required for clinical roles
