  • Rotating shift, 0645-1915/0245-1515
    • Job Requirements
    • Must be AHA BLS, PALS, ACLS certified
    • Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs
    • Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals
    • Nursys quick confirm verifications should be completed for all APRN, RN's and LPN/LVNs
    • Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs
    • Pharmacology 1,2 exam required
    • Completed prior to start and updated every 3 years
    • HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics required
    • Non Violent Crisis Intervention Training. Required to be an 8 hr course
    • Exam and answer key found in Document Library. Agency is required to give and grade the test. Score needs to be 90% or higher with only 2 attempts
    • Optional for Onboarding, but needs to be uploaded by our Ascension unit leader within a week
