Job Description:
TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified Rehab RN in Louisville, Kentucky, 40202 About The
Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty:
Rehabilitation Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years
License: RN License Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Trach
Care and G-Tube experience Job Description: - Candidates must be
flu vaccinated. - Block booking is allowed. - Candidates must
reside at least 50 miles from the facility. - The role is located
on the Spinal Floor / Brain Injury unit. - Responsibilities include
providing care to patients with neurological conditions. -
Equipment used includes tube feeds, ventilators, trach care, Alaris
IV Pumps, Hoyer lifts, Kangaroo pumps, negative pressure wound
therapy, suction, and vents. - Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
systems used are Cerner and ITW. - Candidates should possess strong
communication skills and a willingness to educate patients and
their families. - Weekend hours are required every third weekend
from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM. - Must be willing to float to other units
if necessary. - The unit has 28 beds with a patient ratio of 1:6
during day shifts and 1:8 during night shifts. - Preferred
experience in Med Surg is beneficial. - The dress code requires
wearing Galaxy Blue scrubs; hoodies, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and
attire outside the uniform are not acceptable. This position is for
