• Seeking BC/BE family or internal medicine physicians, to join our professional team located in Louisville, KY.
• 4-day work week option
• Practice has 2 Physicians, 4 APRNs, 3 MAs, 2 MA/LMRs, and 4 PACs.
• On-call schedule is one weeknight per week and one weekend every 8 weeks.
• This is a long standing practice with a wide-variety of patients.
• Multispecialty physician-led medical group
• 8 hospitals with over 1,500 providers, including 800 physicians and more than 700 advanced practice clinicians.
