intermediate care setting Job Description: - Provide comprehensive
care to patients transitioning from intensive care to a step-down
unit. - Monitor patient vitals and progress, ensuring their safety
and comfort. - Administer medications and manage IV lines as
required. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop
and implement care plans. - Educate patients and their families on
post-care needs and discharge instructions. - Ensure all
documentation is accurate and completed promptly. - Maintain
professional and effective communication with patients and
healthcare team. - Stay current with best practices and protocols
in nursing care.
