• Required certifications include ACLS, BLS, NIH, and a valid KY License
  • Job Details
  • Travel nursing position in Angioplasty Recovery (PTCA)/PCU specialty
  • Dedicated to caring for a 4-5 intermediate patient team
  • Expected to work 2 out of 3 holidays
  • Assignment durations range from 13-18 weeks
    • Job Requirements
    • Cardiac experience (PCU) or Pre/Post Cath Lab experience required
    • PACU experience alone will not be approved
    • Comfortable with IV insertion and telemetry/dysrhythmia/12-lead EKG
    • 2 Years Cardiac PCU experience required
      • Schedule Information
      • Shift times are from 6:45PM to 7:15AM
      • Guaranteed 36 hours per week
      • Must work every other weekend
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Unit has 14 beds with patient ratios of 4:1; 5:1
        • Specialty teams available for TAVR, MitraClip, or Watchman procedures
        • Equipment used: Phillips Telemetry Monitors, Safeguards, FemStops, TR Bands, TVP
        • EMR system in use: Cerner
        • Ideal candidates are self-motivated, team-oriented, and must be willing to learn new procedures
